2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate information when joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the platform.
You are responsible for your account, your workspace activity, and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You may use ShortLane only for lawful business or creator workflows related to planning, adapting, scheduling, publishing, and reviewing short-form video content.
- Do not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

4. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of the videos, captions, metadata, and other materials you submit to ShortLane.
You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, format, transmit, and display that content only to operate and improve the service for you.
5. Third-Party Platforms
ShortLane may connect with third-party services such as social platforms, storage tools, analytics providers, or authentication providers.
Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, and availability. We are not responsible for features, outages, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by those providers.
6. Beta, Waitlist, and Service Changes
Some parts of ShortLane may be in preview, waitlist, limited release, or beta form. Features may change, be delayed, or be removed without notice.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, publishing success on external platforms, or that any current feature set will remain unchanged.
7. Intellectual Property
ShortLane, including its software, branding, interface, and original materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as these terms allow, you may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the service.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk for the service, or used the platform in a harmful or unlawful way.
You may stop using ShortLane at any time.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
ShortLane is provided on an as-available and as-is basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from your use of the service.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data associated with the website, waitlist, accounts, and product workflows. By using ShortLane, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed as described in that notice.
Where ShortLane processes data on behalf of a customer workspace, the applicable customer relationship or data processing terms may define additional responsibilities between the customer and ShortLane regarding privacy and data protection compliance.

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes.
When we do, we will update the effective date on this page. Continued use of ShortLane after an update means you accept the revised terms.
